Sue grew up in Gibson City and graduated from Gibson City High School in 1972. She spent many years as a floral designer. Beginning at Gibson City Florist then Friendly Flower Shop and lastly at County Market in Gibson City where she retired from in 2021. She took much joy in bringing happiness and comfort to others with her floral creations. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed cooking, shopping, gardening and cruising around town with friends with an ice-cold Coca Cola in her hand. Her greatest joy was spoiling her grandchildren and keeping up with their many activities and sporting events. She never missed an opportunity to show you their most recent picture which always brought a smile to her face. She will be missed by her family and many friends
