Pauline Beesley

Gladys Pauline Beesley, 98, of Gibson City passed away at 9:45am Tuesday May 30, 2023 at Heritage Health in Gibson City. Visitation will be held 10:00 am-11:00 am Tuesday June 6, 2023 at Rosenbaum Funeral Home in Gibson City followed by funeral services to begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Gary Fairchild officiating. Burial will be at Drummer Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gibson City United Methodist Church or to Heritage Health in Gibson City.

Pauline was born December 28, 1924 in Mt. Carmel. A daughter of Oscar and Martha Clevenger Deischer. She married Dale W. Beesley on July 23,1944 in Orio, Illinois. He passed away December 28,1999. They were married fifty-five years.

She is survived by her two children Sue (Stephen) Byes of Peru, Indiana and Greg (Kandy) Beesley of Fisher. Three grandchildren Gena (Shawn) Lorbecki of Colgate, Wisconsin; Tara Byes of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rana (Jay) McIntyre of Nolensville, Tennessee and four great grandchildren Caleb and Jacob Lorbecki and Bella and Cali McIntyre. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Raymond, Emma, Hazel, Kenneth, Reba and Maxine.

Pauline was a member of the Gibson City United Methodist Church and owned and operated her own beauty salon for many years. She enjoyed square dancing, crocheting, Cross stitch and watching The Bold and the Beautiful. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
